Zoho CRM is the blackberry extension for the zoho system which deals with its CRM applications, providing on demand CRM applications. This blackberry application deals with various modules of the zoho CRM application. It fetches a bulk record at a time from the online zoho CRM application and store them effectively by optimizing it to store it on the device so that the user can work over his data even if he is offline. To view and manipulate these records we have provided rich graphical custom components. Mobile client is intended to provide all features that are available at zoho CRM application.
